Novak's GP3700VE and GP3300VE batteries are premium grade
GP Ni-MH cells treated with Novak's Voltage Enhancement Method (VEM), and
are computer cycled and matched on Novak's exclusive Accu-Match System.
The GP3700VE and the GP3300VE batteries are available in two performance
levels: Platinum or Gold. The Platinum cells deliver the highest performance,
while the Gold cells deliver excellent performance at an economical price.
Why buy Novak batteries? We believe our battery matching system, which we designed and produced, to be the most accurate and consistent in the industry. For us, it made perfect sense to do this. We had grown frustrated with the inconsistent battery packs we used while testing other products we were currently developing. We needed batteries with true numbers that performed consistently, which we weren't getting despite claims that assured us otherwise.
We knew we could do better, and we did. Our engineers went to work developing
and building a much more accurate system than was available on the market,
and thus the Accu-Match was born. As its name implies, the Accu-Match
utilizes high-resolution components and design to accurately test, cycle,
and match Ni-MH cells.
One of the ways we obtain consistent, accurate numbers is due to the
fact that the Accu-Match does not use the first second of discharge time
in calculating average voltages, as this includes the resting voltage
of the cell and gives erroneous results. The Accu-Match incorporates
1% precision resistors with Kelvin contacts, and liquid cooling for absolute
accuracy and consistency. It has the ability to maintain a stable and
consistent discharge rate. The end result is a truly accurate battery
evaluation with honest discharge numbers.
Another advantage to using Novak's Orange Power cells is that they are treated with Novak's Voltage Enhancement Method (VEM), which safely raises battery voltage and lowers internal resistance with no adverse effects on cell capacity.
