#1487-00
- MazdaSpeed 6 190mm body
Without a doubt, there's
been one particular body style that
has been used in winning more RC sedan
races than any other racebody since
its debut in Thailand exactly 3 years
ago, where Barry Baker won the Reedy
Race of Asia.

Since then
Marc Rheinard won the 2004 IFMAR Worlds,
Adrian Bertin won the IFMAR 200mm Gas
Sedan Worlds, and this year Andy Moore
bagged the 2006 IFMAR Worlds - all using
the PROTOform Mazda 6. There's been no
major rubber-tire sedan race in the world
that the Mazda 6 has not been a part
of the winning combination, whether it
be a ROAR, EFRA, Orion, Reedy, IIC, Snowbird's,
or DHI Cup event.
To show that we're
not just sitting on our hands here at
PROTOform, we're proud to present a newest
generation of rubber-tire racebody: the
state-of-the-art MazdaSpeed 6. This new
racebody provides even better handling
balance, increased traction and added
driver-feel comfort. It all adds up to
this: better lap times.
The new body
features 2 lower trim lines: one for
the slightly taller BRCA rules. All specifications
are within the "Global Body Spec" requirements
(including those specs of ROAR, EFRA,
FEMCA, FAMAR and IFMAR) The add-on wing
has clearly marked "slats" that
when cut out will increase the wing efficiency.
As usual it comes with wing hardware,
window masks, decal sheet and protective
film.
